Denver, Colorado · Broker Associate at Compass
Shurie Fletcher
Fourteen years of selling Denver homes, from Park Hill bungalows and Cherry Creek condos to acreage in the foothills. A broker, an investor and the owner of a staging company, so every listing shows at its best.
Meet Shurie
A broker who has stood on both sides of the closing table.
Shurie has spent fourteen years selling homes across the Denver metro, and she has also bought, renovated, rented and staged them. That combination changes how she prices a listing, reads an inspection report and negotiates on your behalf.
Her business runs from $230,000 condos to a $3.2M contemporary in Wellshire, with the same preparation at every price. Together with her husband Kevin, a fellow Compass broker, she owns nine rental properties and Colorado Premier Staging, so her sellers get a staged, photographed, market-ready home as part of the plan rather than as an upsell.

The market
Denver, neighborhood by neighborhood.
Denver is a city of distinct districts: 1890s streetcar suburbs, post-war ranch neighborhoods, dense new rows near light rail and acreage where the plains lift into the foothills.
Shurie's 125 Compass transactions map that range. The communities below are the places where she has listed, sold and lived, written up with the specifics that matter when you are deciding where to look.

ExploreHow Shurie works
Three things that make a difference.
Staging is built in.
Shurie and Kevin own Colorado Premier Staging. For sellers, that means a staging plan, furniture and styling coordinated with photography and launch, handled by people who answer to you, not a vendor.
An investor's read on every house.
Nine rentals and a long history of fix-and-flips mean Shurie looks at a property the way an owner does: what it will cost to hold, what it would take to improve, and what it is worth to the next buyer.
Every price point, same preparation.
Her recent sales run from a studio condo on South Clarkson Street to a 7,500-square-foot new build in Wellshire. The pricing analysis, the marketing and the negotiation are the same at either end.

What clients say
Shurie is one of the most caring, knowledgeable and hard working professionals that we have ever worked with. She guided us through the entire home owner process from start to finish and provided us with all the tools to make the best decision possible. As first time home buyers, we placed all our trust in Shurie and really listened to her advice. After a few meetings, we really felt that she listened to our individual needs and helped us narrow down what qualities were most important to each of us. We had daily communication from her regarding possible homes that met our budget and criteria, and she worked with our schedule, which gave us several opportunities and options to choose from.
Shurie was a patient and engaging real estate agent. I will recommend her in the future to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Off the clock she is cooking, in the mountains around Evergreen, or with Kevin and their two kids, Lula and Grayson.
